Interested in understanding plant responses to different biotic and abiotic stresses and their interaction (effect of stress combination) at the molecular level. This investigation is carried out through the identification of genes expressed (expression profiling) and their products (proteins) using transcriptional (in particular microarray technique) and proteomics analysis respectively.
